SUMMARY
Panel widgets open in incorrect positions. For example app launcher is not next
to the app launcher icon on panel. Instead it is opening from the opposite side
of the panel when pressed Meta. This only occurs when switched to external
monitor automatically by closing the laptop lid. Doesn't occur when switched to
external display by pressing meta+P.
This started occuring after update to 6.6.0.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external monitor to a laptop.
2. Create a new panel for external monitor display.
3. Set display config to "extend to right".
4. Close laptop lid to auto switch to external display only.
5. Press meta to open app launcher or open any widget on the panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets are opening from wrong postions and are not aligned with their
respective panel icons.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets should open near their respective panel icons.
