my displays configuration
SUMMARY
When I play videos in mpv in fullscreen occasionally it will stutter or drop ~4
frames.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run any video in mpv
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes it will stutter or drop ~4 frames. Happens on both gpu-next and
dmabuf-wayland. mpv says frames are dropped by output, not decoder.
