Eliminating Exclude Windows broke my worflow on X11
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. i could write all the steps to reproduce the issue, but to simple make it
short i was using the exclude windows feature as it was intended and documented
here:

my url-browser-workflow is now totally ruined :(
please revert

or have it at least still available for X11 users, so wayland people cannot be
confused why its not forking for them
