SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a mobile wifi network.
2. Move access point out to the place where network is still available, but
unable to connect and show "enter password" dialog, despite password is saved
for this network...
3. Move back.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog still persists. No network reconnecting. If you connect network
manually, dialog disappears but since that applet does not reconnecting network
automatically until reboot. I have to connect network manually any time I move
out and back with my phone.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal reconnect any time network appears back in the list.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As far as I remember this behavior is only related to plasmashell, I worked in
Mint Mate and seems there it works as expected. This behavior is quite old, It
works like this for long time, I just decided to fill a bug now as it's really
annoying. Not related to hardware, any wireless adapter works same.
