for example when I hover the cursor over buttons in dolphin, a breeze themed
highlight appear
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use the oxygen theme
OBSERVED RESULT
some hovering textures are still breeze themed
EXPECTED RESULT
the hovering textures are oxygen themed
