Or is it still broken in the same way? I was not able to reproduce on a new user account, **but** it's hard to say for sure because it's very inconsistent in this (messed up) account. Some icons are correct and some are not. So I'm not sure if that gives you the data you want,. I will say that when a program is open, it has the right icon.
