Window placement setting
SUMMARY
New windows (for example file dialogs) always opened in top left corner despite
"Window Management -> Window Behavior -> Advanced tab -> Window placement ->
Centered" (or any other selected item here) setting set. Bug was present in
older Plasma versions too for me: 6.5, 6.4, 6.3, etc.
