In a multi-monitor setup, the "Edge barrier" still trigger even though it is
set to "None" if the mouse "Pointer speed" is set to a negative number or 0.00.
As soon as the Pointer speed is set to at least 0.01, the "Edge barrier" no
longer triggers when set to None, as expected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup a multi-monitor setup
2. In System Settings -> Mouse & Touchpad -> Mouse -> Ponter speed: Set to
"-0.01"
3. In System Settings -> Display & Monitor -> Screen Edges -> Edge barrier: Set
to "None"
4. Move the mouse slowly between the two monitors.
OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse is blocked by the Edge barrier.
EXPECTED RESULT
The mouse can move freely between the monitors.
