video of the visual glitch getting triggered.
SUMMARY
On the Pen tab of the drawing tablet KCM, there are lines that connect the
buttons on the drawn representation of a pen to their corresponding function
selections in the UI. Part of these lines display incorrectly (see video).
This happens only under specific circumstances: the glitches appear when the
window is large enough to not show a scrollbar on this page. The glitch goes
away after the window has been resized (even a single pixel resizing fixes
it), but reappears if you leave the tab and then come back. When the window is
small enough to need scrolling on the Pen tab, the glitch does not appear at
all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (on hardware that has a drawing tablet) Open SystemSettings
2. Maximize the window
3. Open the Drawing tablet page and click on Pen
OBSERVED RESULT
The lines connect to the top left of the screen instead of going to their
corresponding UI elements.
