SUMMARY
Hello! I have an issue since Plasma updated to 6.6. Something is buggy when I
turn on second display. I extend my display to the left. Usually through
display configuration applet. Screen extends but the applet gets moved (not the
icon, but the applet window) to the left of the primary screen. My bottom panel
floats, no matter if some windows are maximized, they get stuck behind. And
everything related to panel or applets gets oriented to the left of the primary
screen (notifications, for example). If I switch to “only use built in screen”
bugs usually fix but not always. Killing and restarting plasmashell always
corrects the bug, no matter what screen is on. Is this a known bug? Is there
something I can do to fix it?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Panel keeps floating, not falling down although windows on primary screen are
maximized. Panel widgets and app previews all open on the left edge of primary
screen instead in their designated places. Notifications pop up in the left
upper corner of the primary screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should fall to the bottom when window is maximized, widgets should open
above widget icons, notification should pop up above the notification icon, in
bottom right corner of the screen.
