SUMMARY
I would like to preface this one with the information that I have 2 computers
on Plasma 6.6 + PLM on Fedora 44. My Framework 16 (Ryzen AI 9 370 if memory
serves) is the one this issue occurs on. My desktop does not experience this.
When I resume from standby (i.e. I open the laptop lid), the screen remains
dark for a good 15-20 seconds before showing me the login screen. And also,
often (Not always) when I enter my password and press enter, the screen will
also freeze for another good 15-20 seconds before loading plasma.
If it would help I can try to post a video of it. But all the video would show
is either a black screen on resume or a frozen (cursor included) screen on
login.
