With ref to Bug 34362 and Bug 511013 please can the mouse wheel, regular
buttons and extra buttons be configuable, as the user is led to believe, via
System Settings > Mouse > Configure Extra Buttons
Click Add Binding
Press the mouse button for which you want to add a key binding.
By now this really ought to be trivial for the user to configure.
