SUMMARY
Mouse cursor appears as slightly wavy parallel lines - colors black, dark blue,

card. I do not experience this on any other hardware running KDE Neon. Also
possible I have some sort of corrupted config file I don't know how to clear...
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot machine. Cursor is NORMAL at cold boot login screen but persists
after first login.
2. Log in - have confirmed with a brand new user profile and problem still
occurs.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor as described. Don't know a way to give you a good screen shot that
includes the cursor...
