It appears the app is asking for the "state-ok" icon. The Breeze icon theme has
that, so it provides it. From that perspective, everything appears to be
working as expected.

The only thing I could see being a problem here is that the state-ok icon
assumes its context and displays a cloud, instead of being a generic OK icon.
Looking at the rest of the state-* icons, it's clear they were drawn with
clouds for a reason, to be a cohesive set. To change one, we would have to
change them all.

So I could see us potentially genericizing these… But that would start to make
them infringe on what the emblem-* icons do. Thus, I don't think changing these
icons would be a good idea.

I also don't really see the problem here. In your screenshot from Windows, the
green checkmark is bigger, but it's not clear what it's actually about. In your
Plasma screenshot, you see a smaller green checkbox, but the cloud symbol
provides a bit of context regarding what exactly is OK.

We're not trying to clone Windows here; it's okay if the final UX is a bit
different.
