Which apps do you have pinned? Can you find their .desktop files (they might live in /usr/share/applications, /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications/, ~/.local/share/applications/, /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications/, or ~/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share/applications/) and run `desktop-file-validate` on each of those .desktop files?
