Creating a keyword for them would encourage people to report security issues here, which isn't desirable. Note that "security issues" here refers to the software itself being insecure and vulnerable to exploitation or being compromised. It does not refer to "personal data security" like the bug report you opened; that stuff falls under the umbrella of privacy. I think a "privacy" keyword makes sense.
