In Kdenlive, when using a localized interface (e.g. Arabic), filter and effect
names are fully translated.However this maybe does pose a challenge when
following tutorials, guides, or community help that refer to the original
English names of the filters for some users.

> search using either localised terms or their English equivalents, regardless
> of the interface language. This has the potential to greatly improve
> accessibility and usability.
The proposed solution is as follows:
It would be very helpful if searching for effects/filters could be possible
using both localized and original (English) names & This improves the user
experience for users of different languages.
