STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set OS display settings to 150% scale
2. Open Glaxnimate
3. Dock Timeline or another non-compact view above or below Fill view
OBSERVED RESULT
Fill view overflows its container behind other view
EXPECTED RESULT
Fill view should scale properly for display space available
