SUMMARY
There's no Help menu in the Flatpak distribution.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch the flatpak application.
2. Click any of the apps.
3. Look for the Help menu in the window.
OBSERVED RESULT
No Help menu, and the Meta+H key binding does nothing.
EXPECTED RESULT
There's Help menu.
