Hi Nate! I'm on a fresh Fedora KDE 42 (Plasma 6.4.2), and I have this problem
with en_DE as well. In KDE settings ("Region & Language") I put my language as
English and all other parameters (datetime, etc) as "Germany (English)" without
realizing implications of the latter. Once I manually changed
~/.config/plasma-localerc with s/en_DE/de_DE/ the problem was gone.
Is the bug actually fixed? Has it maybe regressed in Plasma 6?
