If this helps, I don't see this crash on a similar setup on Arch Linux: laptop
with hybrid Intel/Nvidia graphics, Plasma 6.3.5 on Wayland.
I did a quick test removing Nvidia drivers from Linux and System Settings work
just fine. "About this system" screen correctly shows only integrated graphics
card. This is assuming Vulkan drivers for Intel are installed ('vulkan-intel'
package).
