SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the panning tool to go to an edge od the screen
2.  stop and use it again to try and go out of bounds
3.  try to go back WITH the panning tool
4. Need to move as much as you supposedly Moved out of bounds in that direction

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't move camera freely when panning near the edges

EXPECTED RESULT
if panning outside  the edges and trying to go back it shold save and just let
you go  back
