I'm wondering which notification message you're seeing here? When I attach the
printer, the kcm appears automatically (no clicking needed) and defaults to the
"Set up a printer..." dialog and the buttons/lists are sizing properly.
Curious, if you open system settings, size it to it's minimum, then goto
Printers and choose add..., what do you see?
