SUMMARY
The new/updated screen configuration in KDE Frameworks 6.15.0 / Plasma 6.4.0
comes with a usability issue when I want to position the screens in a
multi-monitor setup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the system settings -> screen configuration (german:
"Anzeige-Einrichtung")
2. try to position the screens (using drag&drop)
OBSERVED RESULT
I have to click "Edit Arrangement" first, which is annoying
EXPECTED RESULT
The screen position should be editable without the additional click.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On the positive side: I really like that the list of screens is now at the top
(instead of the dropdown we had before).
