SUMMARY
Unable to paste a screenshot into applications launched after the screenshot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy & paste any text, close/tray the target application
2. Create a screenshot with Spectacle using PrtSc Ctrl+C (or PrtSc, "Copy"
button in GUI)
3. Open the target application and try pasting the screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
Screenshot is not pasted into the application, but saved into the Klipper.
EXPECTED RESULT
Screenshot should be pasted into the application.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. After the target app has launched, pressing the "Copy" button again solves
the issue.
2. If an application was running before the screenshot, Clipboard Manager
works.
3. May sound a bit off, but I was able to reproduce this issue more
consistently by switching to a workspace different from where screenshot was
taken.
