SUMMARY
At the moment I disabled the edge barrier in kwin because it hinders my mouse
movement when working on multiple monitors. However, with it disabled dragging
a window to the side and it sticking also does not work.
I would like to propose a setting that allows the edge barrier to be active
only when dragging a window, this would greatly enhance my workflow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a multi monitor setup.
2. Disable edge barrier.
3. Drag any window to the edge of the screen to trigger resizing it.
OBSERVED RESULT
It takes accuracy to resize the window, you might otherwise already be on the
other monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal edge barrier behaviour when dragging a window to the edge of a screen,
thereby making the mouse stick to the edge.
