SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the PrintScrn button on the keyboard to launch region select on
spectacle
2. Select a region at the bottom of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
The button are not usable since they are outside the visible area of the
monitor
EXPECTED RESULT
The buttons should be set above or inside the region if there is no space at
the bottom

macOS:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I found out that if at least half of the bottom of the region is hidden, the
buttons move above the selection like it should
