System Proxy Settings
SUMMARY
The tooltip next to the "Detect proxy configuration automatically" radio button
takes all the horizontally available space rather than going to a new line.
This makes it difficult to read and inconsistent compared to other tooltips in
System Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Wi-Fi & Internet
3. Hover over the "i" icon on the right
OBSERVED RESULT
The whole tooltip is displayed on a single line.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip box should be appropriately sized.
