SUMMARY
When removing a VPN, the dialog box is just plain text. Three are no icons or
button outlines, unlike all other dialogs in Plasma.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Wi-Fi & Networking in System Settings
2. add a VPN (any random URL)
3. Remove the VPN
