I an going to guess: you've got a computer with an Intel GPU, and if you
disable opengl, the problem will go away. Some laptops, especially Lenovo
Ideapads that are two years old, have a broken Intel display driver -- and we
need to know what systems are affected, exactly, so we can see how big the
problem is.
Can you please add your computer's brand, model, chipset and driver revision?
