SUMMARY
Wrench menu unresponsive while loading process list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click to switch to Processes tab
2. Click on wrench to open menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens for ~1 second, then the menu appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should appears immediately.
