SUMMARY
Processes tab: Unwanted inertial scrolling when dragging column headers
left/right.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have animation disabled in SystemSettings (i.e. switched to fastest
animation)
2. LMB click and hold a column header (e.g. "Memory")
3. Flick to the right (or left), i.e. move mouse pointer quickly and release
LMB soon.

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling continues after I release LMB, i.e. inertial scrolling. There seems
to be no way to disable inertial scrolling.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should stop when I release LMB.
