SUMMARY
When attempting to access or open a file or directory on a currently-unmounted
partition, the user should be prompted to mount it instead of getting an error
about not being able to find specified item.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a symlink to a file on another partition
2. Unmount said partition
3. Try to open symlink
OBSERVED RESULT
Target not found error
EXPECTED RESULT
If the path could be resolved to an available unmounted partition, prompt the
user to mount it first.
