SUMMARY
Lock screen cursor dimming is out of sync with actual dimming
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure screen dimming preferences so that the screen will dim before
automatically turning off.
2. Lock screen, and wait for screen to become dimmed
3. Move cursor to make screen no longer dimmed
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor has dimmed color even though everything else has undimmed color
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor color should match the rest of the screen.
