Ok, thanks for the extra info. That really helps. So this is definitely a
snap package issue, not a general app issue.
PS: It's a bit strange that both the stable and edge versions that you mention
are quite old. The current stable version is 25.04.1 and the edge version is
25.07.80 or something like that. Unfortunately I'm not personally involved in
the snap package maintenance, so it could be that we're indeed lagging behind
in the release of snap packages.
