SUMMARY
Bug 455619 reported no ability to disable a touchscreen in Plasma. A fix was
provided (kcm_touchscreen) for Wayland, but not for X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a Plasma X11 session
2. Wish to disable a touchscreen e.g. to stop accidental presses
3. Run System Settings
4. Look for "Touchscreen" KCM, in order to disable touchscreen (as exists in
Wayland)

OBSERVED RESULT
Find a "Touchscreen" entry, but that actually opens Touchscreen Gestures
(kcm_kwintouchscreen). Don't find a way to disable the touchscreen in System
Settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
Find a Touchscreen KCM to disable the touchscreen, in addition to Touchscreen
Gestures.

A workaround is to run "xinput list" to find your touchscreen ID, then "xinput
disable <id>", but that's not very user friendly.
