Hi - what you're wanting to have happen in this case would be best understood
if it was presented in the template format - specific steps to be followed, the
result that you observed, and then the result you'd expect.
Could you please structure in that format so this can be evaluated as a bug
report (or feature request)? If this is a topic for discussion and
brainstorming, that would be best suited for the KDE Discuss forums, at
https://discuss.kde.org/
