Video of KRunner being unresponsive

SUMMARY
KRunner is blocked and does not respond to anything as long as the "Switch
user" warning popup spawned from it is open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure Plasma still shows the "You are about to enter a new desktop
session..." warning when attempting to switch users (not sure how to revert
this once "Do not ask again" has been checked...maybe use a VM?)
2. Ensure the "Desktop Sessions" plugin is enabled
3. Type "switch" and invoke the "Switch user" action

OBSERVED RESULT
A prompt is spawned behind(!) KRunner while KRunner stays open, and KRunner is
unresponsive to any input as long as this window exists and is not closed. It
still disappears and appears when clicking outside of it, but any interactions
(mouse, key strokes) have no effect

EXPECTED RESULT
KRunner should close upon spawning the prompt such that it is easily visible,
and still continue to work while the prompt is open when invoked again.
