While translating for the German language, I noticed that the string "Please
check if the URL in Settings > Advanced > Tracker list URL is reachable." uses
"less than" signs to indicate an arrow. This does not follow the KDE HIGs as
per https://develop.kde.org/hig/text_and_labels/#symbols
It should use an actual arrow like this: → (U+2192)
The string is in the file "/ktorrent/dialogs/pastedialog.cpp:115" and is
translatable in the file "ktorrent.po".
