No, doesn't solve.
The regular debian-packaged version /usr/bin/kdenlive offers in Settings ->
Configure kdenlive... -> Capture -> Audio two options: Internal Audio Analog
Stereo and the USB microphone with its name.
The snap version offers only one: Default ALSA Output (currently PulseAudio
Sound Server)
So it smells as if the ubuntu version coming as a debian package connects to
hardware, while the snap version connects to PulseAudio Server.
