drkonqui requires systemd.
This makes it impossible to build and deploy drkonqui on any OS not using
systemd (linux distros, BSDs, etc..).
Is there a plan for a replacement? do we just want to ignore issues from these
platforms?
I didn't see any official statement about this (sorry maybe i missed it), maybe
distros should be informed of the possible need of removal of drkonqui from the
plasma set of packages.
