SUMMARY:
When moving the mouse over desktop items the item does not always get focus.
If there is no focus is cant be opened via double click.
I have to move the mouse away and back on the item to be in focus with the
item.
It is an erratic behaviour. I can not see a certain pattern.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Move the mouse over certain desktop items several times. and see if the focus
follows exactly.
OBSERVED RESULT
When moving the mouse 10 times over the same 4 items, at least one is not
always getting focus 6 times.
Moving up or down makes a difference.
EXPECTED RESULT
focus every time.
