The cause is this Exiv2 bug:
https://github.com/Exiv2/exiv2/issues/2932
We work around it by manually registering known namespaces, including the
Google Container/Item used here.
The issue was fixed in digiKam-8.6.0, and I can't reproduce it with your test
image.
