I just tried reproducing the bug you mention, without success (i.e. it doesn't
crash). Could you give more details about your environment?
1. What version of Krita are you using?
2. What distribution of OSX are you using?
3. Does it crash when you deactivate OpenGL?
4. Could you be more specific by explaining what you do step-by-step?
5. In particular, does it crash when you select the filter, when you apply it
by clicking on "OK", etc.?
