Had to use my phone to record my keyboard.

1- Copy a Desktop item.
2- Move the Desktop item to another directory.
3- Press Ctrl+V on the Desktop.

Results:
Nothing happens, unless the Context Menu is opened and closed then Ctrl+V is
pressed again.

Expected results:
Ctrl+V should paste the item on the Desktop, without having to open and closing
the Context Menu.
