            Bug ID: 503824
Summary: Taking a screenshot with Night Light enabled causes
                    incorrect colors
    Classification: Applications
           Product: Spectacle
           Version: 6.3.2
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: General
          Assignee: noaha...@gmail.com
          Reporter: gaming.sx...@aleeas.com
                CC: k...@david-redondo.de
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Taking a screenshot with Night Light enabled causes incorrect colors in the
resulting screenshot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Night Light. Make sure it's turned up really strong so the effect is
noticeable.
2. Take a screenshot. Use Fullscreen screenshot or Rectangular region mode.
(Choosing a specific window to capture does not cause the bug; the resulting
screenshot in that case will look normal)
3. Turn off Night Light.

OBSERVED RESULT
The resulting screen capture has incorrect, warped colors. Red and yellowish
shades look pale. It seems like Spectacle is trying to overcompensate for the
color distortion that Night Light causes.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected that the screenshot colors would look normal, as though you didn't
even have Night Light on when you took them.
