As Allan asked - check whether you have matching turned on for the "Check" payee. In addition, I would even ask if you really want to have a payee named "Check"? Separately, things like "Transfer to Checking" and the others you listed do not seem like payees at all, but more likely a Memo field. So - I wonder if this is a problem with terminology. Final point - when you do a CSV import, you have to specify which columns contains the various fields.
