SUMMARY
Text very unclear in programs not running in maximize mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kubuntu 25.04
2. open a program like system settings and see the text unclear if not running
in maximized mode
3. maximize window and text becomes crisp and clear.
