Please see the attached video.
In the video, you can see that when the mouse cursor approaches the folder's
popup button (small circle), the button disappears. This bug happens when the
following conditions are met:
1. Desktop is set to "Folder View".
2. There is a folder icon positioned in the top-left grid slot on the desktop.
3. There is a "screen edge" action assigned to the top-left screen corner.
