With Canonical Snap package of Kate (version 24.12.2), in Ubuntu 24.04 (Gnome),
the application icon is a "gear"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install kate with snap package https://snapcraft.io/kate on Ubuntu 24.04
(gnome flavor)
OBSERVED RESULT
Check in application, Kate icon is a "gear"
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate icon should be Kate application icon
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
